At Eligo Fragrances, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or scent dissatisfaction.

The Only Exception: Damages or Errors
We stand behind the quality of our fulfillment. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will replace the item promptly.
