Any references to designer names are made strictly for comparative purposes to help customers identify the scent category.

  • Accuracy of Information: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

 

4. Ordering and Payment

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of personal fragrance (health and hygiene), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the scent.

  • Exception for Damages: We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims must be submitted via email to eligofragrance@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic proof of the damage.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • In no case shall Eligo Fragrance, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages.

  • Allergic Reactions: While we use high-quality ingredients, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities a customer may experience. By purchasing, the customer accepts the risk and is responsible for reviewing the ingredients listed in the product description.
